You are more than welcome to bring a plus one to the appointment. Please let us know if you bring extra friends so that we can accomodate 'em.

Wear clothing that allows easy access to the area that will be tattooed. If you’re not sure, you can contact your artist to confirm.

Yes! The space is wheelchair friendly. Please notify us beforehand so we can place our ramps down for you.

Even though this sucks for us, sometimes an appointment has to be cancelled. If this happens your deposit is forfeited. The following are some of the reasons why your appointment will be cancelled: • Intoxication • Discrimination • Abuse towards others in the space • Otherwise unprofessional or inappropriate behaviour • Arriving more than 25 mins late to your appointment • Cancelling less than 48 hours before your appointment.
