Shipping & Returns
We aim to get your order to you as swiftly as possible. Most orders are processed and prepared for despatch within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that during busy seasonal periods or public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. We offer several delivery tiers to meet your requirements, ranging from Standard Delivery (5–7 working days) to Expedited and Next-Day options. While we provide estimated delivery windows at the checkout, these are based on courier timelines and cannot be strictly guaranteed. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
For our international customers, please be aware that delivery rates and timescales vary depending on the destination. Furthermore, any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges levied by your country’s authorities are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our delivery costs. In the rare event that your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be love with your purchase, but we understand that occasionally an item may not be quite right. We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging, tags, and labels. Please note that certain items, such as final sale goods, personalised products, and hygiene-sensitive items (like earrings or opened beauty products) are non-returnable.

Unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault or a mistake on our part, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. Once your return has been received and inspected at our centre, we will process your refund. This usually takes between 5 to 10 working days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. If you require an alternative size or colour, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order to ensure the replacement is secured.
